Priorities — where are you on your list?

One of my good friends has an idea for a startup. Simple Software as a Service (SaaS), based on her life experience, with huge market potential.

I offered her my professional help in exchange for future revenue sharing (no ongoing fees).

She is still sitting on that idea, despite having the resources (me) to launch it without spending any money (read: only time investment).

We talked about why she is procrastinating on this, while wanting another source of income and knowing how little of her time this project would take.
